He's a walkin' man...!

Thanksgiving was great...with all the Texans here in our cozy little house. Ryan and I had dueling turkeys...his was fried...mine was oven-roasted...both were really yummy! (see link) I will tell you this, twenty-four pounds of turkey is plenty for six people! ;-)

We took the family to the Jim Beam distillery where Ty got to play in the leaves...does that face say lady-killer, or what?

Then, after all the company had gone, Ty decided to pull out all the stops for mom and dad...and start walking...

Grammy and grampy came all the way from Idaho to visit me!! We had SO much !!

My cousins, auntie, and uncle came from Idaho too! We had a wild time with them!

Ty's cruisin' now!!

Well...mom, grandma, and grandpa just picked up this little walker at Target. Dad and grandpa put it together and handed it over to Ty, who immediately TOOK off like a pro! ;-) He's even got the sound down. ...oh, and pay no attention to the onesie hanging out of his britches.

One morning, at the Bergeson house...

My snorty little son is gettin' so close to crawling! I think he practices at night when we're asleep!

It won't be long 'til the only sight we see
will be the backside of this kid as he's movin' on...

In the meantime, he still manages to get around just fine so that he can "help" around the house.

My little roll-around helps me "sort" the laundry...

Ty LOVES just rollin' his chunkie little body around, talking, and putting everything in his mouth! He'll be crawling before we know it! I'm not sure if that's good or bad! ;-)

Wow, we have some catchin' up to do!

It's been a LONG time since I did any kind of entry!! Sorry friends! We'll, we're Kentuckians now! ...and baby kid is 6 months old! Here's the proof...

Today is my 3 month birthday!

I'm 13 pounds now and 2 feet long! I'm a really strong dude and I'm talkin' up a storm!

Well guys, I just got back from a big adventure in Sacramento, Auburn, and San Francisco. I got to ride around, first class, all over town in the baby bjorn...

Sometimes this little dude has a hard time picking a mood...

My first visitors...

After grandpa and grandma Bergeson went back to Texas...

...and grandpa Andregg went back to Idaho

Ty (and his mommy) had a string of amazing nanny-type helpers! ;-)

First, there was grandma Andregg...

Then came auntie Emily,

followed by auntie Erin...

...and don't worry, our first kid got some luvs too!

...and finally, grandma Bergeson came back.

This lucky little man has already had some really beautiful women kissin' on him!!

Here comes baby kid...finally!

Our little baby Ty Kirkhus Bergeson was born on the 26th of December at 10:20pm after about 8-9 hours of induction, labor & delivery. He was a healthy, plump 8 pounds and 2 ounces and measured 20 and 1/8 inches. He was a whole 2 DAYS early and was just perfectly cooked!

That was a Wednesday, Ty came home with us Friday.
